The public are being invited to attend a talk about specialist trauma care, for example treating people hurt in road traffic collisions.
The talk will take place from 6pm to 8pm on Thursday, April 19, in the Benjamin Gooch Lecture Theatre at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
The speakers will be A&E consultant Victor Inyang and consultant orthopaedic surgeon Ben Davis.
N&N chairman David Prior said: 'I have had personal experience of a major accident and literally put my life in the hands of Dr Inyang and Mr Davis. Their talks will demonstrate the very high standard of medical and surgical treatment available at the N&N for patients who need both the resources of a comprehensive A&E department and the skills required to repair complex and sometimes horrific fractures.'
