Using the fruits of her labour, one former patient found a creative way to say thank you to those who looked after her.
Jennie Parker attended the Treatment and Investigation Unit in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for a bone infusion to treat her osteoporosis.
As a way of showing her gratitude to the TIU staff, Ms Parker raised £50 by selling homemade jams and marmalade, mostly to the Wisbech ammeter choir The Clarkson Singers.
Ms Parker said: 'Initially, like a lot of people I was very anxious to go into hospital for some treatment but the staff were all wonderful.
'I'd also like to thank The Clarkson Singers, who as well as having big voices have big hearts.
'I grow my own blackberries and gooseberries so I had plenty in hand, I'd like to thank Kirsty and her mum for their help.'
Mohan Phulmattie, a matron at the QEH, said: 'We value every donation that comes into our organisation because it all helps.'
