It might not have been the result we all wanted for Wednesday's England v Croatia match, but spirits were still high at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH).
Patients, staff and volunteers on Elsing Ward, an older people's medicine ward, enjoyed music, dancing and baked treats on Thursday, July 12.
Jane Douglas, matron for older people's medicine said: 'It was such a lovely afternoon.
'One of our patients has impressed us all with his ballroom dancing skills and it was great to see everyone having an enjoyable afternoon despite being knocked out of the World Cup last night. I want to thank all those who have helped make our party so marvellous and to Heather Edwards for providing the fantastic musical entertainment.'
