The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) is inviting members of the public and staff to an information event about support available for patients after their discharge from hospital.

The Community Voluntary and Charitable Resources Awareness Day will run from 10am to 3pm on Wednesday, April 11 in the East Atrium on the main hospital site.

It will be a chance for the public to hear from different organisations in Norfolk about what support is out there for patients and their families once they leave hospital.

Alongside information stands, there will be talks for the public in the Benjamin Gooch Lecture Theatre, where members of the public will have the chance to hear more about the services provided by those mentioned above. These talks will start at 10.30am.

For more information about the event, contact Caroline Stevens from the NNUH Volunteers Team on caroline.stevens@nnuh.nhs.uk
