Free seminars designed
to benefit people with depression and anxiety, PTSD, victims of abuse, personality disorder and other psychological conditions, will be coming to Norwich this summer.

Time to Heal will be taught by Norwich-based Christian doctor and teacher couple Ike and Linda Nnene at Thorpewood Surgery on Woodside Road on Saturday, July 28 and Saturday, August 11 from 10am to 1pm. The programme seeks to use evidence-based strategies to “engage a process that leads to more complete healing and restoration”. The teaching will draw on elements of Christian faith, positive psychology, neuroscience and cognitive behavioural therapy, with the ultimate aim of a “transition from despair to determination”.

Attendees will need to register online.
