People in north Norfolk and rural Broadland can find out more about their health and what help is available to them at an event later this month.

The health awareness event organised by Ludham and Stalham Green Surgeries and Staithe Surgery will be held at Stalham Town Hall on Friday, September 22, from 2pm to 4pm.

The event will promote a wide range of health initiatives, support networks and charities that can help residents understand the facilities available in their area.

Laura Holder, practice manager at Ludham and Stalham Green Surgeries, said: 'The event aims to help local residents find out all the fantastic facilities there are within close reach of their own home. Often, people struggle not knowing there are options close to home or even understand what facilities there are within their own community.'

The event is free to attend with no need to book.
