Men struggling with mental health in the Great Yarmouth area are invited to take part in a free weekly football session.
The All to Play For programme brings mental health support services together with football to provide an outlet for men struggling with low mood, depression, anxiety and other forms of mental health.
No referrals or sign-ups are required and the sessions are free to attend. Debt, gambling, drug and alcohol advice will also be available during the sessions.
Active Norfolk said the programme, piloted in Norwich in 2017, has had a positive impact on participants.
The programme is made possible through a partnership between Active Norfolk and the Norfolk Suffolk Foundation Trust.
Sessions take place at Great Yarmouth Town Football Club, Sandown Road, Great Yarmouth, every Wednesday from 10am to 11am.
