A crewman had to be evacuated from a French fishing vessel after falling ill at sea.
Gorleston Coastguard were called to assist the ambulance service at around 11.15am yesterday.
A crew from Great Yarmouth Fire Station attended, as well as the retained crew from Gorleston Fire Station.
A pilot boat in the area also helped to extract the sick crewman, who was taken to the James Paget University Hospital for treatment.
The vessel left the port shortly after the safe removal of the crewman.
