The B1135 at Garvestone, near Dereham, was closed in both directions this morning after a crash.
The road was closed between Town Lane junction and the Hingham Road junction of Dereham Road because of a crash involving two cars.
Two fire crews attended the crash just after 5.30am, with one person released from a vehicle. A police spokesman confirmed there had been injuries suffered.
The road remained closed until just after 9am.
