Hundreds of people plugged into the Forum Norwich yesterday for the first day of the Norwich Gaming Festival.
Throughout the week gamers have the opportunity to get their hands on some of the newest gaming technologies, take part in workshops and a variety of competitions, shows and talks.
Norwich online celebrity Ashens, famous for reviewing novelty items to his 1.3 million subscribers on Youtube, will be talking on Saturday June 3 alongside fellow youtuber's Did you Know Gaming.
Project Manager of the festival Danny Mcilwrath said: 'It's a wonderful opportunity to engage with your children over something that is their hobby or a real interest. We are very much pushing the educational side of gaming, so there are learning opportunities while here.
'For a citywide gaming event that's free to the public you would be hard pushed to better this.'
