A housing association will be hosting online question and answer sessions on changes to the benefits system.
The universal credit question and answer sessions on Facebook will be hosted by Freebridge Community Housing in West Norfolk.
They will be run by housing association's universal credit advisors Sarah and Kelly, and will take place of the Freebridge Facebook page on Tuesday, September 11 from 10am to 11am and 7pm to 8pm.
Robert Clarke, director of housing at Freebridge, said: 'We want our tenants to be as prepared as they possibly can be in respect of the changes that are being introduced with universal credit.
'We've been talking to Freebridge's tenants about universal credit for some time now, however as we get nearer to the dates when people in and around West Norfolk will be affected it's more important than ever.'
