A four-year-old boy was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Thetford.
The accident happened outside Tesco Express on Norwich Road just after 1pm yesterday (Wednesday).
An ambulance spokesman said: 'The ambulance crew assessed and treated the child and following immobilisation and medical sedation conveyed him to Addenbrooke's Hospital by land ambulance with a fractured leg. The air ambulance crew also escorted the patient to hospital.'
