A crash involving a car and a taxi resulted in four people, including two elderly, sustaining spinal and head injuries.
Police, fire and the ambulance attended the crash on the A140/B1145 junction between a Peugeot 106 and a black 'London style' taxi.
A rapid response car, ambulance officer and three ambulance crews arrived at 9.24am to treat people at the scene.
Fire crews from Aylsham, North Walsham, Cromer and Sprowston arrived at 9.25am to release three people from both of the cars.
All four were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital at 10.38am to receive further treatment.
None of the injuries are thought to be serious.
The road was cleared at 11.30am.
