One person has been injured after a four-vehicle crash on the A11.

The incident happened on the southbound carriageway at Hethersett just after 8am on Wednesday morning.

It involved four vehicles, and saw one man suffer a back injury.

He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further care, but his condition is not believed to be life-threatening or serious.

There were long delays and queues back to Thickthorn on both sides of the road.

The ambulance service and fire crews from Earlham, Carrow and Hethersett were called.
