Fly-tippers sparked fears of a chemical incident in Sprowston this evening (Tuesday) after they dumped a drum which was thought to be leaking chemicals.
Fire crews from Norwich and North Earlham and the chemical incident unity from Sprowston were called to Church Lane just after 6.50pm to reports of a drum leaking chemicals.
But on arrival crews located the drum which was sealed and found to the result of fly-tipping.
