Firefighters battled a wildfire at Kelling Heath.
Fire crews were called to the north Norfolk heath just before 9.50pm on Thursday night.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service sent crews from Sheringham, Holt and Fakenham to the scene.
Crews spent almost two hours fighting the flames, but had the situation under control by just after 10.40pm.
It comes amid a spate of wildfires caused by particularly dry conditions, including one at Mousehold Heath in Norwich.
It has sparked a warning from the fire service, who urged members of the public to take extra care and said the raging fires in Manchester could happen in Norfolk.
Earlier on Thursday fire crews were rushed to Stow Bedon where they dealt with a field fire.
