Firefighters rescue person stuck in wheelchair

Firefighters from Cromer were called to an address off the town's Roughton Road at about 10pm last night after being called to help someone who had become stuck in a wheelchair. The crew released the person manually.

Early this morning a crew from North Walsham was called to a rubbish container fire on Ormesby Road, Scottow, which was extinguished before their arrival, at about 12.50am.

And yesterday firefighters from Sheringham dealt with a grass embankment fire on the town's Sweet Briar Lane. They were called at about 1.40pm.
