Firefighters from north Norfolk were called out following reports of a vehicle on fire.
A crew from North Walsham attended the incident on Bacon Road at around 10.30am today.
It was a false alarm caused by the smell of burning from the vehicle clutch.
No one is believed to have suffered any injuries.
