Firefighters free dogs trapped underground in Gorleston

Two dogs which had become trapped in an underground hole in Gorleston were rescued by firefighters.

The terriers were reported trapped underneath Woodfarm Lane just after 6.15pm on Friday.

A fire crew from Great Yarmouth and the Urban Search and Rescue team went to the scene.

They used specialist cameras to find and free the stricken animals.
