Firefighters came to the aid of a trapped seagull, which got entangled in netting on a roof in Lowestoft town centre.
After receiving a call from the RSPCA, about 10.30am this morning (Wednesday, August 3) that the seagull was trapped in netting on a roof in London Road North, a crew from Lowestoft south fire station attended.
A brigade spokesman said: 'The crew rescued the bird via an internal staircase and took it back to the station where it was collected by the RSPCA.'
