Fire service called to building fire in Scole

The fire service were called to a fire at a hotel boarding house on The Street in Scole at 8.52am this morning.
One appliance from Harleston and one from Long Stratton attended the fire which was believed to have been caused by a fallen log in a fireplace.
The crews wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
The crews left at 9.10am.
