A woman had to be resuced by fire crews after she became stuck in mud near Diss this monring.
Appliances from Thetford, East Harling and Diss were called to free the woman, believed to be in her 60s, who had become stuck in a small stream off Hopton Road, in Garboldisham.
Emergency services were called at about 10.20am and the woman was released shortly after 10.50am before being handed into the care of the ambulance service.
