A woman had to be released from her vehicle after it overturned on the A11.
Emergency services were called at around 2.45pm to reports that a car was on its side in the road near the Sainsbury's roundabout in Thetford.
Two fire appliances from Thetford attended and used hydraulic rescue equipment to release a woman in her 40s who had become trapped.
The East of England Ambulance Service sent a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance crew, which is still on scene. A spokesperson for the service said the woman sustained minor injuries and was assessed at the scene, but did not have to be taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for Norfolk Police said the road was temporarily blocked but has now reopened, and the vehicle has been pushed off the carriageway to await recovery.
