An elderly woman pushing a walking frame has died in a collision at Gorleston.
At 4.20pm today a blue Nissan motor car collided with the woman at the junction of Elm Grove Lane on Middleton Road, Gorleston, causing fatal injuries.
The car was travelling in the direction of Lowestoft when it struck.
The woman is believed to have walked out into the road.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or seen either the elderly female or the motor car and its manner of driving prior to the collision.
The identity of the woman has not been released while police attempt to notify next of kin.
