The family of a popular cyclist and runner who was killed in a crash a year ago have revealed their anger and disappointment that no-one will be charged over his death.
Sze-Ming Cheung's relatives said they missed the 44-year-old every day, and were "very angry" no-one had been brought to justice after it was confirmed two people interviewed following the collision would face no further action.
His family have asked the police to reconsider that decision and have requested a review.
Mr Cheung was cycling on Reepham Road at Swannington, near Reepham, when he was involved in a crash with a grey Nissan Navara.
The well-known runner, cyclist, swimmer and triathlete, had been training for an iron man race in Italy on a bike he had built when it happened on June 7 last year.
The driver of the Nissan was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving while another man, in his 50s and from the Norwich area, believed to be the driver of a second vehicle involved, was also later interviewed although neither will face further action.
Mr Cheung's brother Jack, 43, said his family, including brother Dick, also 43, and mum Wai-Hing, who run the Chung Hing Chinese restaurant in Hellesdon, were "disappointed and very angry".
"I don't think we've got the justice we deserve. The police do good work but they haven't helped us get through this for Sze-Ming and get the justice we wanted."
Jack, who together with his family were set to visit St Faith's Crematorium to remember the "inspirational" Mr Cheung on the anniversary of his death, added: "It's painful he's gone. Me, Dick and mum realise he's not going to be here tomorrow, next week, next month but it's still so painful. We just miss him so much."
Since the tragedy, Jack and Dick have started running in memory of their brother and as well as being regulars at Catton Parkrun, completed their first Norwich Half Marathon in April and will be doing Run Norwich next month.
Mr Cheung ran the chip shop next to the family Chinese which was renamed Caseys in honour of his father Kam who died in 2002.
A police spokesman said "no further action" would be taken against either person although a request to review the decision, made by Mr Cheung's family, is "currently being undertaken."
