A group of musicians from a north Norfolk town have donated hundreds of pounds to the family of a 14-year-old boy with cancer.
Ukelele group, the Fakenham Ukes, have donated £500 to the family of Lewis Atkins, after the Dereham teenager was diagnosed with cancer for the fourth time.
The musicians gave a private performance to Lewis and his family, ahead of the cheque presentation, on Tuesday, March 5, at the Gallow Sport Centre, in Fakenham.

Graham Thomas, leader of the group, said: “The Ukes are a great bunch of people who have much fun entertaining whilst raising funds for needy causes. It was a pleasure to do this for young Lewis.
“He was overjoyed with the gift that will help him and his family enjoy a little worry free time and a holiday.”
A charity football match will be held to support Lewis on Saturday, May 18, at Fakenham Town football club.
