Vikings will be the special guests at Eye's Family Fun Day held at the Community Centre.
The Ordgar Dark Age re-enactors will bring the rich Saxon and Norse cultures of Dark Age East Anglia to life through combat displays and living history demonstrations.
The group, made up of people from Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, are a non-profit group who meet regularly for combat training and kit making.
Visitors will be able to enjoy seeing demonstrations of weapons training and how the Vikings fought and defended themselves.
The fun day, which will take place on Sunday, August 28 from 11am, will also feature a large range of different activities and entertainment.
This includes a fun fair, rides, stalls and games, dog show, flower and vegetable competitions and a vintage fayre.
Music will be provided by Park Radio, a jazz band and there will be classic cars, static engines and model engineering and railway on display.
There will also be a range of refreshments and a £100 prize draw.
