Here's everything you need to know about the popular event:

l Saturday's programme kicks off at 10am with a parade from the RNLI car park on the Esplanade, with musicians leading hundreds of dancers through the town to dance spots at local pubs and town locations including Tesco walkway, the town clock and Station Road.

l Evening music in town pubs will include a song and tune session at the Robin Hood, Station Road, at 8pm. Musicians will also be performing at various pubs from 9pm, with the Shantymen hosting music and singing in the Lobster pub gardens.

l Sunday: Dancing at the main arena and at the town clock, Wyndham Street, the Crown, the Lobster and the Two Lifeboats from 10.30am until around 2.30pm.

l Dancers in costume calling in to Ellie's ice-cream parlour, in High Street, will receive a 10 per cent discount on purchases.

l Road closures: Station Road and Church Street will be closed from 9.30am until around 4pm on Saturday, with Wyndham Street and Lifeboat Plain closing all day from 9.30am.

On Sunday, Wyndham Street and Lifeboat Plain will be closed from 10am until the dancers leave at around 3pm.
