A team of volunteers took to the streets of Dereham on Saturday to clean up the town.
The #TrashTribe event was organised by Pure Clean Earth, which has been successfully running litter picks in Attleborough and has now started up in Dereham.
Dedicated volunteers met at the Cherry Tree Car Park and walked through the town, ending up at Dereham Leisure Centre.
Breckland Council supported Pure Clean Earth with litter pick equipment and waste collection and supermarket Tesco also provided a number of long life bags to help collect the litter.
Councillor Paul Claussen, executive member for place at Breckland Council said: 'Tackling litter, especially plastics, in our local community is essential to a better, cleaner environment for us all to enjoy.'
