Anyone wanting to find out how they can live more sustainably is encouraged to visit the first 'Sustain Saturday' event being organised by the Sheringham Quakers.

The meeting will look at issues such as waste and pollution, health risks from plastics, and how people can live in better balance with nature.

There will also be the chance to share practical ideas and tips, and discuss environmental issues.

Susan Hanson, from the Quakers, said: 'We are offering a monthly venue where people can meet, discuss and debate. Please come and help plan for the future.'

The event will run from 10am to midday, with a short talk planned for 11am.

There will be fair trade products, homemade cakes, ethical products and local organic produce for sale.

The meeting will take place at the Quaker Meeting House in Cremer Street, Sheringham.
