A new initiative has been launched to give members of the public the chance to book a trail camera free of charge.
The aim of the scheme is to get individuals, families, nature groups and schools out in their gardens, or in other wild areas and capturing images and video footage of their local wildlife.
It is part of the Broads Authority's Water, Mills and Marshes scheme. The initiative has been named 'Wild Watch'.
The cameras can be rigged up in any outdoors location and will capture wildlife activity which takes place in front of them.
The cameras will be on loan from five centres located in the water, mills and marshes area including Whitlingham County Park, Great Yarmouth Yacht Station, Wheat Fen Nature Reserve, SWT Carlton Marshes and Earsham Wetland Centre.
They will be available to book online at www.watermillsandmarshes.org.uk/wildwatch
