A new initiative will be showcased at Beccles Library next month.
The library in Blyburgate, Beccles will host a special event – entitled The Library Sessions – on Wednesday, April 19.
A spokesman said: 'We are having our first ever library music gig next month to raise funds for Beccles Library.'
British folk and roots inspired duo, Honey & the Bear, will entertain while there will also be performances from Kev Walford and Kelly Pritchard for The Library Sessions.
Honey & the Bear is comprised of songwriters Jon Hart (guitar, bass, mandolin) and Lucy Sampson (guitar, ukulele, bass, banjo and percussion).
Doors open at 7.30pm, with the performances starting at 8pm. Tickets cost £5, and can be bought from the library, by calling 01502 714073 or alternatively you can book online via www.ticketsource.co.uk/date/346610, although online tickets are subject to a booking fee.
