Police and paramedics were called to the corner of Sprowston Road and Denmark Road in Norwich on Sunday afternoon.
Officers taped off the area at around 4pm near the Prince of Denmark pub, while one man was treated by paramedics on the ground, before being taken off in an ambulance.
It is understood another man was arrested.
