Emergency services have been called out to the Hopton/Gorleston area to deal with the aftermath of a crash involving three cars.
The crash in the Sidegate Road/Hall Road area was reported at about 12.10pm near the A47.
A police spokesman said it involved a Nissan, a Vauxhall Corsa and a Ford Focus with two of the vehicles hitting a tree.
The spokesman said four people were injured in total but it was not believed they had suffered major injuries.
