Drivers are urged to be cautious as they approach the B1160 junction at Southery, near Downham Market.
Early reports suggest the collision was between a blue Ford Mondeo and a blue Seat Leon.
Police received the emergency call at around 8.50am this morning.
An ambulance crew is currently at the scene. The road is not believed to be closed at this stage.
