An adult learning association is putting on its latest event in a series of day schools this year.

The upcoming Workers’ Educational Association (WEA) Norfolk Federation outing will be to Wingfield College, near Eye, in Suffolk, as well as Wingfield and Syleham Churches.

A guided tour of Wingfield College will take place on May 24 in the medieval great hall, part of the 14th century cloister and Tudor and Georgian interiors revealed inside.

The tour will continue to Wingfield Church and after lunch a visit will be made to the round-towered Syleham Church, which dates back to Saxon times.

Brochures are available in public libraries, at the King’s Centre in King Street, Norwich and some other locations.

These will also be available at www.wea.org.uk/eastern and from Michael Bugden on 01603 782555 or email michaelbugden@btinternet.com
