Experts on education are being sought to speak at a respected conference in Norwich.

TEDxNorwichED - which is organised by volunteers - began in 2016, becoming the only education focused TEDx event in Europe.

Last year, more than 10,000 people watched the live stream of the day, which features talks and debate.

Organisers are now looking for speakers to take part in this year’s Dream Big event, which will be held at The Space next April.

The organisers said: “We want our speakers to take us on a journey of exploration. We want talks that continue the conversation - and spark new ones - about education in its broadest sense.”

Applications are open until Wednesday, November 15.

All the talks are filmed and put on YouTube, with last year’s most popular racking up more than 150,000 views.

The TEDx initiative sees groups organise TED style events at a local level.
