An education minister has officially opened a new Norwich high school.
Nick Gibb, Minister of State for School Reform, cut the ribbon at the Jane Austen College, on Colegate.
The free school, which is part of the Inspiration Trust, opened the doors to its first pupils last month.
Mr Gibb yesterday handed out achievement awards for pupils in front of parents and dignitaries, including Richard Jewson, the Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk.
