Triplets Charlotte, Megan and Lizzy Griffiths have cause to celebrate after gaining a staggering 29 A* GCSE grades between them.
The 16-year-olds who live on Spicers Lane, Hellesdon, are all planning to go on to study the sciences for their A-levels at Hellesdon High School.
Remarkably, all three also passed their Politics AS Level a year early, with an A, on August 15.
Megan said: 'I'm relieved and happy.
'We're all planning to move on to the sixth form now. I'd really like to go and do pharmacology at university, but we haven't really thought that far ahead yet.'
Their mum, Debra, who is head governor at Hellesdon School said: 'We are absolutely elated. My end of year presentation speech this year might get a little emotional.'
