Many youngsters grow up dreaming of performing in front of a crowd of thousands, with blasting music and the audience cheering.
And pupils aged five to 16 from across Norwich were given the opportunity to do just that as they performed on the big stage at OPEN Youth Trust.
The Top of the Pops theme dance show gave 350 pupils from 15 schools in Norwich and south Norfolk the chance to perform on a stage with a full light and sound rig, giving them the experience of a professional dancer.
Jon Osborne, head of community sport at the Norwich School Sport Partnership, said: 'It was great to see all of the children's hard work on stage and for them to perform in front of their friends and family.'
The Norwich School Sport Partnership, based at City Academy Norwich, has been running two shows a year for the past eight years.
Mr Osborne added: 'It's great that children look forward to the shows and that it has become a part of their school year.'
