Secondary schools should make the most of a 50m summer schools fund, says Norwich South MP Simon Wright.
The money will help up to 100,000 disadvantaged pupils make the transition from primary to secondary school – when pupil performance often takes a dip.
Mr Wright said: 'Every child must have the chance to succeed. I hope all schools in Norwich will take advantage of this money to provide activities and a little extra help for pupils about to take this big step.'
