A cookery roadshow encouraging families to whip up more seafood dishes will arrive in Norfolk this month.

The cookery school is part of industry body Seafish's Back to School initiative, which urges people to eat the recommended two portions of seafood each week.

It has been designed by MasterChef winner Jane Devonshire and will visit Lodge Farm in Bawburgh on Tuesday, November 28.

The free class, for children aged eight and over, will dispel myths around seafood and teach parents and children several recipes, which they can take home.

Zena Leech-Calton, Love Norwich Food blogger and the cookery class host, said: 'We're proud to be on board with Seafish and show Norwich locals how easy it is to add delicious seafood to our diets. There are hundreds of different varieties of fish available and so many ways to cook them.'
