The popular singer from Suffolk is an ambassador for East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) and he has donated the clothes to celebrate the opening of the charity's ninth store.

A recent auction of 70 items of his clothing raised £7,289.87 for EACH and in December he performed at the charity's gala dinner, raising more than £260,000.

Sarah Throssell, EACH retail area manager, said: 'We're so pleased to be opening our ninth shop in Norfolk and thrilled that we can offer items of clothing donated by Ed. We're also excited that The Countess of Leicester will be coming along to cut the ribbon, and hope many other people will join the celebrations.'

The new store at 35 Upper Market in Fakenham will be opened by EACH Patron The Countess of Leicester at 10am on Thursday, 22 June.
