EastEnders star Gillian Wright cooked up a 'sausage surprise' for her fellow actors and actresses in this year's Norwich Theatre Royal pantomime.
Ms Wright is starring alongside Play School presenter Derek Griffiths in Sleeping Beauty, which runs until January 14.
It is a fairly hectic schedule of daily performances for those involved in the show.
But Ms Wright found some time to cook her EastEnders character's signature dish for her fellow stars and give them a little sustenance for the final hurdle of performances, now Christmas has passed,.
'I cook it at home, but it's a casserole,' she said.
Of her dish, she said: 'It's never the same, that's why it's a surprise. You don't know what you're going to get. I certainly don't know what I'm going to get when the EastEnders crew make it.'
She described the sausage surprise she made in Norwich as the 'best one' she has created, adding: 'I'm struggling to resist eating it all.'
