Work will begin on Monday, February 12 to carry out carriageway repair resurfacing works on Dussindale Drive, Thorpe St Andrew. The works will take three days to complete subject to suitable weather conditions.
The site will extend from the junction with the Sainsbury's junction to just beyond Mary Chapman Close. To minimise disruption the works will be carried out 9.30am to 4.30pm.
During the resurfacing works it will be necessary to close the road to all through traffic whilst works are in progress. A fully signed diversion via Plumstead Road, Thunder Lane and Ring Road will be in operation for the duration of the works.
Access to businesses and properties within the limits of the closure will be maintained from one end at all times but it is inevitable that there will be some disruption.
The work which will cost £58,000 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council's Community & Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
