Firefighters were called to a pile of manure which caught fire.

The flames spread from the dung to nearby straw bales in Stow Road, Outwell, in the early hours of this morning.

One appliance from Wisbech attended after the alarm was raised at 2.40am. The crew used hose reel jets to put out the fire.
