A driver who crashed on Saturday morning has been arrested after testing positive for cannabis.
The driver crashed into a parked car, in Wroxham Road, in Sprowston at around 10.30am.
The road was partially blocked by the vehicles.
The crash happened near the Recreation Ground junction.
There were heavy delays and queuing traffic in the area following the crash.
Both of the cars were recovered and the road was cleared by midday.
