Drivers booked for driving down Mere Street in Diss

Three drivers were booked for driving through the pedestrianised town centre in Diss.

Police gave them tickets after catching them driving down Mere Street.

One also ended up having his car seized, after officers found his licence had expired.

Police also arrested a suspected shoplifter at the town's railway station. He was being held on suspicion of stealing two TVs from Tesco.
