Drayton Road in Norwich has been cleared after a van and a car collided close to Sloughbottom Park.
Police were called to the scene at around 2.20pm today, and were controlling traffic.
One vehicle was moved off the road freeing up one lane, but police advised motorists to avoid the area.
One man was treated by the ambulance service.
