A Downham Market law firm has been reigning in the cash for West Norfolk Riding for the Disabled Association.

Staff at Ward Gethin Archer attended Downham Market's carnival and fun day to raise funds for the charity based at The Magpie Centre in South Runcton.

A total of £113 was raised with a tombola stall and the total donation was rounded up to £200 by the solicitors.

Rosie O'Grady, chairman at the Magpie Centre, said: 'We rely entirely on voluntary help, as well as donations and legacies to deliver our services and are eternally grateful for the generous support from the staff at Ward Gethin Archer.'

Director and conveyancer at Ward Gethin Archer, Adrian Long, commented: 'As a company with an office based in Downham Market, we are really pleased to be able to help in any way we can those less fortunate in our own local community.'
